My order never arrived, what do I do?

I am the sole operator of Sun Moss and sometimes mistakes happen! I am always happy to help figure out what went wrong and resolve the issue. For order inquiries please email [email protected] with your name and order number.

Do you ship internationally?

As of right now, I do not. This may change in the future and I will announce any store news in my newsletter.

Do you do payment plans?

For in shop orders, I do not do payment plans.

Do you do wholesale?

I'm currently working on updating my Faire account, in the meantime please send all wholesale and consignment inquiries to [email protected]!

When will my order ship?

I send out orders on Tuesdays, so if you order on a Thursday, expect your order to ship out that following Tuesday.

All orders take about 3-7 business days to arrive after shipping.

My order is a gift, can you wrap it?

If you're sending someone a gift, please select the gift option on the cart page before checkout. Write your custom text in the 'notes' section of the checkout page after selecting which gift wrapping option you prefer.

I put in the wrong address / ordered the wrong item / want to combine two orders!
